Requisition
Paper or electronic. ICD-10, specimen type, collection time, and the assay family. NGS cases need tumor percentage when FFPE is sent.
Ship to Mercury
500 Mercury Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94085. Ambient for most iAMP swabs. Frozen plasma for cfDNA. FFPE blocks or scrolls for solid-tumor NGS.

Turnaround
Fast where the chemistry is fast. Careful where the read is deep.
iAMP and AmpFire were built for under-60-minute sample-to-result. NGS is gated by library, sequencer, and interpretation. Published TAT is confirmed at account opening — do not quote this page as a contract.
STAT PCR
Same day when received before the published cutoff, iAMP / AmpFire families.
Oncology PCR
Typically 1–3 business days after accession of an acceptable specimen.
NGS panels
Library the day of extract; sequence and interpret on the following clinical days.
