MolDX and Z-codes
LDTs that can be proven — not just listed.
Most laboratories inherit a kit and stop. They cannot modify the chemistry or build the file Medicare’s MolDX program expects. When a DEX Z-code is required, they are stuck. We work with Atila to change the method until it can be submitted for technical assessment and billed.
